Who processes it
Shared services may include MailerLite for confirmed newsletters, Google Workspace for central mail, Resend for transactional messages, Netlify for hosting and form processing, and Google Analytics or advertising providers only where the site names them and your choice allows them. These providers process information under their own security and data-processing terms.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where required, the operator relies on an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards provided by the service.
How long we keep it
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is retired. Enquiries and operational records are kept only for as long as needed to answer the request, protect the service, meet legal duties, or resolve a dispute. The shared cookie control remembers your choice for 6 months.
